Rhett Palmer’s creative journey began early—making films at just nine years old and landing his first on-air radio job by the age of ten...

After a lifelong career in broadcasting, Rhett went on to become an award-winning talk radio host with more than three decades behind the microphone. Over the years, he has interviewed U.S. Presidents, New York Times bestselling authors, Billy Graham, Garth Brooks, Mike Tyson, Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes, along with inventors, trendsetters, and unforgettable cultural personalities.

Though he explored visual art for years, it wasn’t until a visiting Washington, D.C., art critic called his work “true art” that Rhett fully embraced the title of artist. His debut exhibition sold ten pieces—an affirmation, he says, that words truly have power.

A prolific songwriter and composer, Rhett has written music for a Hallmark film, corporate theme compositions, car and marine dealerships, and national fast-food brands. His gospel music has taken him around the world, and he earned First Place Vocalist honors at Nashville’s Music City Song Festival.

Today, Rhett continues to create across mediums and is currently writing his first book, We Only Grow in the Valley.
